You
will receive an automatic response confirming your order.
How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
Allow
7-10 days for delivery depending on which shipping option you choose.
Will
I be charged sales tax?
We
collect sales tax (6%) on all orders shipped in Pennsylvania, however, we
will not collect sales tax for orders shipped to outside
Pennsylvania. Customers must comply with
the applicable laws in your state regarding the payment
of any sales and/or use tax on goods ordered out-of-state.
Can the MiterMaster be used with
any other moldings?
No, the MiterMaster was designed
specifically for the crown moldings listed since crown molding is cut on
an angle. Most other moldings such as baseboard and chair rail lie flat
while cutting, therefore there is no need for a special
device.
Is the MiterMaster available in any other
sizes than 2 5/8,
3 5/8, 4 5/8?
We have just expanded our product line to
include 2 1/4", 3 1/4" and 4 1/4". we are also
stocking a limited supply of 5 1/4", so please call us toll free to
check out availability.
How do I know if the MiterMaster can be
used with my crown molding?
If you are unsure of your crown molding size,
click here to print out an actual
size chart. You can then match up your crown molding with the moldings
that can be accommodated by one of our MiterMasters.
Can you use the coping technique with the
MiterMaster?
Inside corners can still be coped if you
prefer. However, there is no need to use this technique! The
MiterMaster easily cuts 45° for your inside and outside corners.
Is the MiterMaster only available online?
No, the MiterMaster can also be purchased at Geo
Snyder Estates in Hatfield, PA,
Branford Building Supplies in
Branford, CT, and Jerry's Ace Hardware in Wyandotte, MI.
The MiterMaster can also be found at local (to Phila, Pa) tradeshows. To find out where
our next show will be email us at questions@mitermaster.com.
Can the MiterMaster sizes be purchased
individually or are they only available in a pack?
The MiterMaster sizes were sold individually
at one time, but we found that most people wanted them in a pack so that
they can experiment with the different kinds of crown molding. Since we
were able to drop our costs and offer the MiterMaster cheaper in a pack,
we honored their wishes. Unfortunately, we had to discontinue selling the
individually packaged
MiterMasters.
Can you use non-wood types of crown
molding, for example, MDF board?
Yes, just make sure they are the same sizes
as the MiterMasters we offer. The sizes should be clearly stated or just
ask a store clerk to be sure. |
